Prairie Artisan Ales is looking for a results-driven sales representative who has previous experience servicing and expanding accounts in a competitive marketplace to join our team. We are accepting applicants in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin areas. Competency with standard office technology.Ability to read, write and easily communicate with other team members.Must have a valid drivers’ license and the ability to safely drive large vehicles.Forklift certification or ability to become certified.Ability to lift at least 100 (lbs.) pounds, stand for long periods of time, able to bend, and work in a loud, hot, and fast-paced environment.Knowledge of basic biology or chemistry is a plus.Accredited technical degree or bachelors degree in related field strongly preferred.Two years of experience in the brewing or manufacturing industry strongly preferred but not required.Must be very flexible with your scheduling and have a strong desire to learn.Strict adherence to SOP’s for Cellar Department.CIP (clean in place) of Brite and fermentation tanks, hoses, and other equipment.Ensuring the safe and sanitary transfer of beer.This job opening is located in McAlester, Oklahoma. Other duties as assigned by the Director and President.Assists with preparation of the annual budget.Assists with preparation of the monthly financial statements for all business entities included detailed P/L analysis.Prepares all necessary tax filings for review by the Director.Completes credit applications and monitors credit limits.Ensures retirement calculations are accurate and paid on time.Performs calculations for commissions and quarterly production bonuses.Processes semi-monthly payroll in Paycom and ensures it is accurate and on time.Reconciles monthly physical inventory with shipping/receiving log and perpetual inventory.Ensures that all raw material cost invoices are properly entered in Ekos and that all cost of goods sold are correct.Monitors general ledger and reports any variances to the Director and corrects them when asked.
